Cleaning service costs 300 DKK and cleaning supplies costs 100 DKK monthly is mandatory.
Always inform of any visitors – Visitors are not allowed to spend the night.
Payments need to be made on the 1st of every month at latest. Every day of delay is fined with 100 DKK.
Any damaged equipment needs to be replaced by the person who caused the damage.
Clean toilets / bathrooms after use.
Use your own laundry products.
DO NOT throw cigarette buds outside.
Do not leave any items on countertops in the kitchen.
Everybody must clean after preparing and consuming meals, and keep the common areas clean.
DO NOT take other people’s food, and DO NOT remove any household equipment.
Do not leave shoes in the middle of the entrance.
Crush all cartoons/boxes before throwing them in bins.
Do not store empty cans and bottles inside the premises.
Turn the light OFF when not in use.
Turn the heating off when airing out rooms.
No illegal substances are allowed in the accommodation, neither inside nor outside. Failure to comply with the prohibition will be fined 5,000 DKK.
Failure to comply with the regulations may result in immediate eviction from the accommodation.

Two weeks’ notice is required – Landlord must be notified 2 weeks before departure, otherwise you will be charged for this. Email must be sent to daniainvestmentgroup@gmail.com (no phone calls will be accepted).
The amount of the deposit is not 100% returnable if the tenant destroys or damages rented property.
Deposit is returned within 10 business days.
Deposit will be returned under the following conditions: All keys are returned. Rented property is cleaned. Sheets are clean and folded. Tenants must remove all personal items from the house (from kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, bathrooms etc.)
Tenants who are registered must provide proof of deregistration.
Violating any of the above will result in fines or loss of deposit and eviction.
